Governance of the NISALS Consortium is guided by the principles of a network where burning scientific questions and common interests drive scientific exploration of neuroimaging data.

The principles are detailed in a set of rules that NISALS Members have given themselves. They outline the process of data sharing, clarify data ownership, collaboration with other networks and stakeholders, guide in the process of project formation, funding and data access. The principles are accessible to members and have been laid down in Bylaws unanimously accepted the the participants of the 2012 NISALS meeting in Miami.
